Welcome to Boutizo. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Boutizo.
Boutizo operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer our products and manage your orders securely.

All prices shown in our store are in EUR (or as otherwise indicated) and apply at the time of your order.

Unless otherwise stated, prices:

Shipping, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Key points:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or factors outside our control

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control

You acknowledge that:

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

However:

  • All purchases are made directly between you and Boutizo

  • Shopify is not a party to your transaction and is not responsible for the products, services, or customer support provided by Boutizo

By using our Services, you acknowledge that any questions, claims or issues relating to your purchases should be directed to Boutizo, not Shopify.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. All personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify:

  • Royalty-free

  • Perpetual

  • Irrevocable

  • Sub-licensable

license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute and display such Feedback in any media, for purposes such as improving and promoting our products and Services.

You confirm that:

  • You own or are authorized to share the Feedback

  • Your Feedback does not infringe any third-party rights

  • Your Feedback is honest and not misleading

We may monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading or in violation of these Terms, but we are not obligated to do so.

You are solely responsible for any Feedback you provide.

arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services or any products purchased through the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the above limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boutizo regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
