Refund policy

We want you to love your piece.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your return is handled smoothly, do not send anything back without approval.
Start your request via our Contact page or email us at info@boutizo.com.
Once approved, we’ll send you the exact return instructions and the correct return address.

Our pieces are shipped directly from our production partner, and approved returns are sent back to our supplier. Return shipping costs are customer-paid (~€20, depending on your chosen carrier).

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Including all accessories, cards, and protective films
  • With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).

 

How to Return (3 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Request Approval

Submit a return request via our Contact page or email info@boutizo.com.
If approved, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the correct return address and instructions.
Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Step 2: Ship With Track & Trace

Send the parcel using a tracked shipping method of your choice.
You are responsible for the package until it safely reaches our partner.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

 

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The issue itself

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons) once the seal or packaging is opened
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraving) unless defective
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the most efficient route is:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Return the original item after approval
  3. Place a new order once your refund has been processed

 

Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned according to the steps above.
